Mutitjulu Swimming Centre
The Pool is open for 2018/2019 Season
Mutitjulu is located 25km south of Yulara within the Uluru –Kata Tjuta National Park, Northern Territory and is a 50 minute flight or 5 hour drive from Alice Springs.
Residents of Mutitjulu were granted approval on 18 March 2011 from the Uluru-Kata Tjuta Board of Management for the construction of the pool. Funds received by Traditional Owners of the Park from rent money received from the lease of Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park have been set aside for the swimming pool.
Mutitjulu Tjurpinytjaku Centre opened on Tuesday 24 September 2013 and operates each summer season for 28 weeks.

Operating hours are flexible to the needs of the community. Earlier openings and later closings for specific events and on general demand are common.
We are committed to fulfilling the wishes of the community when concerned with Cultural Business, and as such, the facility will be closed out of respect during these sensitive periods.
